Professore Associato
Tommaso D’Antino è Professore Associato di Tecnica delle Costruzioni. Ha conseguito la Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Edile ed il Dottorato in Ingegneria Civile presso l’Università degli Studi di Padova. La sua attività di ricerca si concentra sull’utilizzo di materiali compositi a matrice organica ed inorganica per il rinforzo di strutture esistenti in calcestruzzo, muratura, legno ed acciaio. Svolge attività di ricerca anche riguardante l’utilizzo di barre d’armatura in materiale composito come alternativa alle barre in acciaio per la realizzazione di elementi in calcestruzzo in particolari condizioni di esposizione. E’ membro di numerosi comitati normativi e di ricerca nazionali ed internazionali, tra cui il fib Task Group 5.1, il Rilem 250-CSM, 290-IMC e 292-MCC, e l’ACI Committee 549-0L. E’ un Associate Editor del “Journal of Composites for Construction” (ASCE), di “Materials and Structures” (Springer), e dell’ ”European Journal of Environmental and Civil Engineering” (Taylor & Francis), nonchè membro dell’Editorial Advisory Board di “Structural Concrete” (giornale del fib).
