International Ideas Competition for the Protection of the Temple of Debod
Madrid Foro Empresarial is launching an international ideas competition dedicated to the protection and enhancement of the Temple of Debod, one of the most iconic monuments in Madrid.
The competition is open to architects, civil engineers, companies, students, professors, and researchers, who are invited to develop innovative, sustainable proposals fully compatible with the preservation of cultural and historical heritage.
Design themes
Proposals should address the following areas:
- Architectural protection of the temple
- Environmental and climatic control
- Landscape and urban integration
- Non-invasive intervention systems
- Sustainable solutions for heritage conservation
Prizes
1st prize: €7,500
2nd prize: €5,000
3rd prize: €2,500
