While the University ranks 87th globally in the QS World University Rankings 2027, our department continue to stand among the world's leading performers: 6th worldwide in Architecture & Built Environment and 14th worldwide in Civil & Structural Engineering.
Following its historic entry into the global Top 100 last year, Politecnico di Milano has taken another significant step forward, entering the Top 90 for the first time and reaching its highest-ever position. This result confirms a steady and well-established upward trajectory: over the past ten years, the University has climbed 100 places, moving from 187th in 2016 to 87th in 2027.
