As part of the collaboration between the Politecnico di Milano and ADA University, our Department took part in the 13th World Urban Forum in Baku, with a joint presentation – divided into two sessions – by our lecturers Nora Lombardini and Tural Guliyev.
Session 1: Discovering Tools for Safer Streets and Liveable Housing Environments
Academy Training session exploring how cities can better understand, analyse and improve the everyday environments surrounding housing. From AI and segmentation to the Sidewalk Scanner, drones, participatory approaches, and cultural analysis, this WUF Academy session focuses on how different tools can support safer, more inclusive, and more liveable neighborhoods.
