A qualitative and quantitative assessment of the implementation of Law 112/16
A qualitative and quantitative assessment of the implementation of Law 112/16 on the ‘Dopo di Noi’ scheme, with a view to creating a compendium of best practices, with particular reference to housing solutions
Angela Silvia Pavesi (Principal Investigator)
The research project aims to provide a critical overview of the current state of implementation of Law 112/16 on “Provisions regarding support for people with severe disabilities who lack family support”, through a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the measures actually implemented at local level, with a specific focus on housing welfare projects that involve the implementation of pathways aimed at the progressive development of “possible autonomy” within the housing context for the realisation of the Life Project (Legislative Decree No. 62/24, Art. 18). The research led to the creation of an atlas of good housing practices emerging from the implementation of Law 112/16 across the country, as well as the development of a set of tools to support co-design processes for the development of pathways to independent living.
