Il REC nasce da una tradizione ventennale che si pone in continuità con il Laboratorio Gesti.Tec. e svolge attività di ricerca formazione e consulenza nell’ambito dei processi caratteristici del settore immobiliare (Facility, Property e Asset Management) e della valorizzazione e riuso del patrimonio immobiliare. È aggregatore delle varie anime dell’immobiliare, driver di innovazione nel panorama nazionale e internazionale, distretto per la valorizzazione del Real Estate e incubatore di innovazione per il settore, grazie alla consolidata rete di stakeholder e alla lunga tradizione maturata nella ricerca e nella formazione.
REC è promotore scientifico di osservatori, master universitari quali il Master Real Estate (REM) attivo dal 1997, corsi di formazione executive, convegni, mostre e conferenze con la partecipazione di operatori del settore.
REC svolge attività di ricerca e di consulenza scientifica verso i principali player del settore Real Estate, gli enti istituzionali, la Pubblica Amministrazione, le società di servizi, il settore delle imprese private e sociali, gli istituti di credito, le fondazioni bancarie e le fondazioni di comunità, il mondo cooperativo e in generale gli enti preposti alla gestione di patrimoni immobiliari.

Management and enhancement of social impact construction

Enhancement and management of property assets dedicated to welfare services and other social impact activities such as social housing, co-living and co-working.

Facility management

Consultancy and technical support relating to the management and maintenance of properties, with a focus on security and automation systems.

Building audits

Analysis of the property from a technical and economic quality perspective and that of environmental sustainability, in addition to surveys/reviews and checks of the accuracy or property surveys.

Enhancement of property assets

Technical and economical evaluations of buildings/property assets, technical advice and analysis of the economic/financial feasibility of improvement works, and development of property assets, analysis of the performance of assets within property portfolios with the identification and management of non-performing loans and risk analysis of the credit exposures guaranteed by properties.

Property market analysis

Research and analysis of the property market, residential or otherwise, for public and private clients.

Green Building Rating Systems

Research, consultancy and technical support relating to multi-criteria building evaluation/certification systems. Definition/adaptation of specific criteria within the green building rating systems for local settings. Development of dedicated systems on the basis of specific building needs and/or types.
