The project aimed to develop and disseminate to decision-makers good practices, based on Health Impact Assessment models, literature and case studies, to guide urban policies to produce improved healthy ageing, with a focus on equity in urban regeneration programmes for suburbs.

DABC Activities
• Application of a qualitative-quantitative assessment tool capable of providing effective and flexible support in defining the implications for healthy aging of new urban interventions and/or redevelopment of peripheral areas of the city. • Review and synthesis of the literature on the impact that urban redevelopment and regeneration interventions have on healthy aging and its social distribution.
