Del Pero Claudio
Associate Professor
Graduated cum laude in Environmental Engineering with a thesis on the performance assessment of photovoltaic systems, he obtained a Ph.D. in building physics with a thesis on forecast methodologies for non-programmable energy sources and distributed energy generation in the Italian context. Since 2006, he has been actively involved in research and consulting activities related to the energy efficiency of the built environment and the exploitation of renewable energy sources, with particular reference to photovoltaic technology and distributed energy generation. He has been the scientific/project manager of several research projects related to sustainability in the built environment and the exploitation of renewable energy sources. He is co-author of over 100 scientific publications on solar energy, distributed energy generation, and energy efficiency in buildings.
